Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat 150 g
Khua Kling Chili Paste (vegan) 30 g (1¼ Tablespoons)
Red Chili (sliced) 15 g (1 Tablespoon)
Kaffir Lime Leaves (thinly sliced) 2.2 g (1 Teaspoon)
Green Peppercorn 15 g (1½ Tablespoons)
Light Soy Sauce 8.2 g (1¼ Teaspoons)
Sugar 8.2 g (1¼ Teaspoons)
Water 15 g (3½ Teaspoons)
Vegetable Oil (for stir fry) 15 g (1 Tablespoon)
How to Cook
1. Set oil in a pan in medium heat, stir fry Khua Kling Chili Paste till fragrant.
2. Stir fry Let's Plant Meat into the mixture, slowly add water.
3. Season with Light Soy Sauce, Sugar to taste, then add Kaffir Lime Leaves, Green Peppercorn, Red Chili, stir fry until well cooked and serve.
*Do not use high heat to stir fry the Khua Kling Chili Paste, it will burn easily.
*Slowly add water to the mixture to prevent sticking to pan.
*Serve with fresh vegetables on the side.
