Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat 150 g
Red Chili (chopped) 8.2 g (½ Tablespoon)
Basil (Kaprow) Leaves (sliced) 12 g (¼ Cup)
Mushroom Sauce 22.5 g (1¼ Tablespoon)
Light Soy Sauce 5.7 g (½ Teaspoon)
Sugar 6.2 g (1½ Teaspoons)
White Pepper Ground 0.7 g (1/8 Teaspoon)
Vegetable Oil 15 g (1¼ Tablespoon)
How to Cook
1. Set oil in a pan on medium heat, add Red Chili, stir fry till fragrant, add Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat stir fry until cooked.
2. Season with Mushroom Sauce, White Pepper, Sugar, Light Soy Sauce to taste, add a bit of water.
3. Add Basil (Kaprow) Leaves and stir fry thoroughly.
*Stir fry until the meat is slightly dry before adding seasoning.
*Can adjust spiciness, saltiness or sweet to you taste.
