Let' Plant Grilled Meat on Lemongrass

Fragrant Appetizer with Goodness of Herb

Ingredients

Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat 150 g
Kaffir Lime Leaf (thinly sliced) 0.8 g (1/3 Teaspoon)
Lemongrass (minced) 7.5 กรัม (1½ Teaspoon)
Mushroom Sauce 12.5 g (2½ Teaspoons)
Light Soy Sauce 6.25 g (1¼ Teaspoons)
Ground Pepper 0.2 g (Pinch)
Sugar 5.25 g (1¼ Teaspoons)
Corn Flour 4 g (1½ Teaspoons)
Lemongrass 8-10 pieces

How to Cook

1. Mix Let's Plant Meat with sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lemongrass, then season with Mushroom Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Ground Pepper, Sugar, Corn Flour, mix thoroughly then set it aside.

2. Wrap the seasoned meat onto Lemongrass, make sure it is firmly pressed.

3. Setup a pan with little of oil using low to medium heat, bring the meat with lemongrass to roast, turn occasionally and see until it cooked.

4. Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce and fresh vegetables on the side.

Suggestion

*Do not use high heat, it will burn the outside leaving the core uncooked.
*Serve together with rice noodles.
