Famous North-Eastern Thailand Spicy Meat Salad

Ingredients

Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat 150 g

Chili Powder 5 g (2½ Teaspoons)

Lime Juice 20 g (2 Tablespoons)

Sugar 10 g (1 Tablespoons)

Ground Roasted Rice 20 g (2½ Tablespoons)

Light Soy Sauce 5 g (2 Teaspoons)

Salt 0.3 g (1/3 Teaspoon)

Mint Leaves (sliced) 5 g (2 Tablespoons)

Sawtooth Coriander (sliced) 5 g (2 Tablespoons)

Vegetable Oil (for stir fry) 10 g (1 Tablespoons)

How to Cook

1. Set oil in a pan on medium heat, stir fry Let's Plant Meat - Minced Meat, add a bit of Water until cooked, set aside.

2. Season the meat with Chili Powder, Salt, Light Soy Sauce, Sugar, Lime Juice, mix thoroughly.

3. Add Ground Roasted Rice, Mint Leaves and Sawtooth Coriander, mix well and serve.

Suggestion

*Serve with Steamed Sticky Rice and Fresh Vegetables on the side.
